Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer any returns or refunds.
All sales are final as we sell sealed, packaged food products (tea).

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, once an order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Exception Only)

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • a damaged product, or

  • an incorrect item

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at thechazotea@gmail.com with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos/videos of the issue

If verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit, at our sole discretion.
Refunds will not be issued.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • All food and beverage products (including tea)

  • Opened, used, or tampered packages

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or free items


Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.


European Union Customers

Food and perishable goods are exempt from the EU 14-day cooling-off period.
Therefore, returns and refunds are not accepted once the order is dispatched, except in case of damage or incorrect delivery.
