All products sold are packaged food products (tea). Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product.

We do not guarantee that the quality, taste, or appearance of any product will meet your personal expectations.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Chazo reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion. An order is considered accepted only after payment is successfully processed and order confirmation is issued.

Once an order is accepted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy, which clearly states that all sales are final due to the nature of food products.

Orders are for personal consumption only and not for resale or commercial distribution.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Prices do not include shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, or import fees unless explicitly stated. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total order amount.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Domestic (India): Estimated delivery within 7 business days
International: Estimated delivery within 14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

Once the order is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer.

All content on the Services, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Chazo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
